Slats - New & Refurbished
New slats are fabricated using only certified materials utilising the very latest laser and CNC machining technology, whilst our refurbishment program blasUts clean debris form used slats. Stringent checking procedures expose slats which need further work
Slat Design Including Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
BKC use the very latest 3D CAD software to design superior slat fabrications, we can also run Finite Element Anyalisis (FEA) test on the design to prove strength figures and resonance frequencies that support the design concept.
Precision Perforated Top Plates
Supplied individually, if required, our top plates manufactured from certified materials (mild or stainless steels) form a flat blemish free top to our slats.
Rotalube® Lubrication Sysytem
This patented unique lubrication system applies lubricant to the chain in exactly the right place at exactly the right time, speed fluctuation has no effect Rotalube just keeps on working. A fully programmable system allows controlled operation of lube cycles. A truly unique lubrication system that has no equal.

With our experience and product knowledge and of course our 3D CAD systems we can design and supply sprocket and shaft assemblies that are built to exacting standards.
Installation Services.
When asked to do so we can provide the skill and labour to install most plant and conveyors – from routine maintenance to full plant rebuild our skilled engineers provide safe on site working, 24/7 if required.
