BKC where challenged with inspecting and reporting on the condition of two shaft assemblies, the assemblies had been removed from the oven with concerns about bearing condition...
A fault with the lubrication ports was identified.
Remedial action was to strip, clean, and reassemble using new bearings, seals, special grease lubrication and new sprockets to replace the two that had worn.
